In this gentle introduction to yoga you'll learn and practice the fundamental postures, poses, and breathing techniques offered in yoga. Though geared toward beginners, all levels are welcome.
POWER & MOBILITY YOGA
Monday 8:00 PM and Tuesday 7:00 AM
Power & Mobility Yoga combines the athleticism of Ashtanga Yoga with breath-to-movement techniques to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility in the body-- leading to greater performance and decreased risk for injury in any activity you do. All levels welcome.
MEDITATIVE FLOW YOGA
Tuesday 8:00 PM and Thursday 8:00 PM
The meditative flow focuses on using the breath to unify the body, mind, and spirit for lasting mindfulness and peace. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 7:00 PM
Ashtanga Yoga uses a predetermined set of systematic postures to create internal heat in the body. This internal heat allows for deep meditation, physical and mental progression, and increased quality of life. All levels welcome.
Wednesdays 8:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 PM
Hot yoga uses movement along with increased heat in the studio of about 100 degrees Farenheit to create an atmosphere for you to detox your body and deepen your movement. All levels welcome. *Those with cardiovascular disease, back pain, asthma or diabetes, please consult with your doctor before taking part in hot yoga.*
