Primary Inspired Flow

Instructor: Annabelle

Monday: 7:00-8:00 PM

Start your week right with primary inspired flow.  It is a well rounded class where students will be directed to follow a set sequence of postures, gradually progressing through the primary series of ashtanga.  Ashtanga emphasises the connection between movement and breath.  Let your body flow to the music in this traditional full body strength and flexibility class.  The studio will be warm, but not hot.  As always, all levels are welcome.


Heated Yin Yoga

Instructor: Annabelle

Monday: 8:15-9:15 PM

Yin Yoga is a great time for meditation as we ease into relaxing floor poses that will be held for 3-5 minutes.  For a more enjoyable experience you are invited to bring pillows, blankets, a sweatshirt, and anything else to help you feel more comfortable.  The room will be heated to 85 degrees to keep our muscles warm.  All levels are welcomed.

Tuesday: 8-9:00pm

Heated Yoga Basics will guide you through the fundamental postures of yoga in order to develop strength, flexibility, and the connection between mind, body, & breath. Come show your body some love through movement and meditation. 



Instructor: Savannah

Tuesday: 8:15 - 9:15pm

Reenergize your body through this upbeat vinyasa flow class. Ground yourself while building strength as we ease in and work through different asanas and balance postures. Room will be heated to 80 degrees to allow your body to flow freely. As always, all levels are welcome! 



Instructor: Brianna

Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:00pm

Hot yoga is a great class to experience the connection between body and mind through movement, breath, and stillness.  You will be guided through breath practice, vinyasa flow, a short meditation to aid in finding personal peace and a quiet mind, then finish in savasana.  Be sure to bring water as we will be moving in a 95-degree room.  All levels are welcome!


Gentle Evening Yoga

Instructor: Lex

Wednesday: 8:15-9:15pm

Gentle Evening Yoga is relaxing Hatha style class.  Focuses of this class include flexibility, relaxation, and meditation.  You will be led through mindful breathing, a gentle flexibility flow, gratitude focused mediation and savasana.  Come breathe, stretch, and relax as you prepare yourself for  a blissful nights sleep.  All levels are welcome.


Heated Vinyasa Flow

Instructor: Savannah


Thursday: 8-9:00PM

Heated vinyasa flow is designed for beginner to intermediate level, but all  levels are welcome.  This class helps to build heat and strength along with focusing on mobility and flexibility during the class.  Vinyasa works to bridge yoga postures together through the breath.  Modified postures with blocks are always offered making it accessible for everyone!  See you there!

Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00am

It's the weekend and you need yoga in a warm, cozy space to clear your mind and ease the tension in your body. Find yourself in a relaxed environment heated to ~75 degrees. This is a full body recovery type yoga class with gentle flowing movement, deep purposeful stretching, breathwork and quiet meditation. All levels welcome

Yoga Loft Manager/Teacher

Brianna finished her 200-hour yoga teacher training in March 2023, and graduated from BYU-Idaho the following April with her degree in recreational therapy and a minor in dance.  Throughout her schooling Brianna learned to use recreation as a tool to improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. 

Brianna was married in 2021 and is "living the dream" with her husband and son.  Brianna was first introduced to yoga in high school to cross train for her competitive dance team and developed a love for it.  She has enjoyed many styles of yoga including asana practices, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, ashtanga, hot yoga, and more.

Brianna looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and hopes to guide yogis to experience a sense of flow and peace through the practice of yoga.  Live for the Adventure!

Yoga Loft Instructor

Sara is a certified yoga instructor and is passionate about the mental, spiritual, and physical growth that comes through yoga.

Although initially drawn to the physical practice of yoga, Sara fell in love with the rich history and philosophies of yoga. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and strives to make yoga accessible to all.

Sara also has a Bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho. When she is not teaching yoga, she loves to play tennis and hike with her husband, cook, read, and travel.


Yoga Loft Instructor

Lex (Alexis) Simmons became a certified yoga instructor in spring of 2023 (RYT 200).  She obtained a bachelor's degree in Elementary education  from BYU-Idaho in 2010.

 She and her husband were married in 2009 and have four children.  Some of her favorite things include attending and cheering for her kids' sporting events, being outdoors, hiking, decorating, and teaching yoga! 

She learned from a young age that movement makes her feel amazing.  She has been passionate about cardio and strength training for many years.  She developed a love for yoga as it helped her heal from an injury, and enhance her quality of sleep among other benefits. 

She appreciates how yoga can fill so many needs.  She loves how she can enjoy cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, and meditation benefits all from practicing yoga.  Lex believes yoga is a beautiful practice for the mind and body and can't wait to enjoy it with you!


Yoga Instructor


Savannah grew up in Idaho Falls with her six siblings and was involved in softball, ballroom dance, fitness classes, and working as a lifeguard during the summer.

Savannah has always been fascinated with the mind body connection and how to  improve mental/emotional health.  In 2011 she graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from BYU-Idaho.

What got her into yoga, breathwork, and meditation was the preparation for her un-medicated birth of her second child.  With these toold she was able to have successful unmedicated birth with three children.

In 2019 Savannah recieved her Kundalini yoga, meditation, and breathwork certifcation.  In 2020 she recieved her Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Assets.  She has also taught elementary age kids yoga at Burton elementary from 2021-2023.

Savannah is also certified in Human Design (personality and behavior assesement tool) and is 1/3 projector type in Human Design  She is a sagittatius Sun and loves learning new things and meeting new people.



Yoga Instructor

Annabelle Hibbard is a dance graduate from Brigham Young University of Idaho with an emphasis in choreography and performance.  She is certifies in the 200 hour yoga teacher training program through yoga alliance. 

Growing up she had the privilege of a diversified experience in dance and anything movement related.  Through these experiences, she realized early on there was so much more to movement than just the body.  

As part of her training, yoga helped facilitate this growth and understanding in a different way.  It helped her discover the deeper connectivity humans have between mind, body, and sprit.  Now, she seeks to share this profound love for yoga and holistic well-being by teaching other, guiding them on their own journey toward balance and self discovery.
