PRIMARY INSPIRED FLOW

Monday: 8:15 - 9:15 PM
Start your week right with Primary Inspired Flow. It is a well-rounded class where students will be directed to follow a set sequence of postures, gradually progressing through the Primary Series of Ashtanga. Ashtanga emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Let your body flow to music in this traditional full body strength and flexibility class. The studio will be warm but not hot. As always, all levels are welcome.

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga is a great class to experience the connection between body and mind through movement, breath, and stillness. You will be guided through a Vinyasa flow inspired by Bikram. Every class will end with a short meditation to aid in finding personal peace and a quiet mind. be sure to bring water as we will be moving in a ~ 95 degree room! All levels are welcome!

ENERGIZE AND TONE

Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Energize and Tone is a class designed to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility. it is upbeat with considerable movement, muscle toning exercises, energizing Vinyasa flows, and peak poses for balance and focus. After the work, there is an opportunity for meditation and relaxation. The class will be warm but not hot. Come strengthen your body and clear your mind in this invigorating yoga class!

HEATED RECOVERY

Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00am
It's the weekend and you need yoga in a warm, cozy space to clear your mind and ease the tension in your body. Find yourself in a relaxed environment heated to ~75 degrees. This is a full body recovery type yoga class with gentle flowing movement, deep purposeful stretching, breathwork and quiet meditation. All levels welcome

MEET THE YOGA LOFT TEAM
ASH
Yoga Loft Manager
Ash Morrison obtained her 200hr RYT in Barcelona. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from BYU-Idaho. She is also currently attending massage therapy school.
Ashley first started practicing yoga to help prevent injury while running for a collegiate cross country team. After a few classes she started to see benefits to her mental health and an emotional calmness never felt before.
She hopes to provide all those in her class with a similar mindset. By practicing yoga her students can overcome their struggles and find the point where the body connects to the soul.
Ash recognizes all are not on the same path and hopes to help each student with their own yogic path. When she is not teaching yoga, she loves rock climbing, baking, camping and hiking with her husband.

JARRAH
Yoga Instructor
Jarrah is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Health Education Specialist. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health and manages a holistic wellness center in town full-time.
​
Through loss and injury, Jarrah has experienced the incredible healing power of breathwork and yoga in her own life. Yoga has helped Jarrah to find intuition spiritually, physically, and emotionally, and she loves sharing that with everyone she meets.
​
Through her holistic experiences across the world, Jarrah has developed a niche in yoga for teaching athletes of all ages, trauma-sensitive yoga, teaching youth, and ANYONE that wants to learn more about how yoga can benefit them!
​
When she is not teaching yoga, Jarrah loves to go off adventuring, lift weights, play soccer, watch movies, and spend time with her husband.

SARA
Yoga Loft Instructor
Sara is a certified yoga instructor and is passionate about the mental, spiritual, and physical growth that comes through yoga.
​
Although initially drawn to the physical practice of yoga, Sara fell in love with the rich history and philosophies of yoga. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and strives to make yoga accessible to all.
​
Sara also has a Bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho. When she is not teaching yoga, she loves to play tennis and hike with her husband, cook, read, and travel.
