HEATED HATHA VINYASA
Instructor: Jacqueline
Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Heated Hatha Flow (Vinyasa) is designed to help strengthen the body through flexibility holds and postures. This class is centered on mindfulness, relaxation, and breath through extended pose holding. Let your body and mind relax while immersed in the music during this meditative practice. The studio will be warm (~75 F) but not hot. This class is great for beginners. As always, all levels welcome.

HEATED ASHTANGA VINYASA
Instructor: Ash
Tuesday: 8:15 - 9:15pm
Heated Ashtanga Flow (Vinyasa) is a well-rounded class where students will be directed to follow a set sequence of postures, gradually progressing through the series of Ashtanga. Ashtanga emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Let your body flow to music in this traditional full body strength and flexibility class. The studio will be warm but not hot. This is more of an intermediate class. As always, all levels are welcome.

HEATED YOGA RECOVERY
Instructor: On Rotation
Saturdays at 9:00 AM
It’s the weekend and you need yoga in a warm, cozy space to clear your mind and ease the tension in your body. Find yourself in a relaxed environment heated to ~75F. This is a full body recovery type yoga class with gentle flowing movement, deep purposeful stretching, breath work and quiet meditation. All levels welcome.

Heated Flow (Vinyasa) is a well-rounded class filled with flowing body movement catered to your needs and goals to align and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Let your body flow to music in this full body strength and flexibility class. Studio will be warm but not hot. All levels welcome.

HOT YOGA BASICS
Instructor: Savannah
Tuesday: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Hot Yoga Basics uses the fundamental postures of yoga along with increased heat in the studio of ~95F to create a beginner-friendly atmosphere for you to ease into a yoga practice, detox your body, and deepen your movement. Cozy up in a dimly lit space where you can center and align while letting your worries rest for one blissful hour. All levels welcome--most suitable for beginners-intermediate practitioners.

HEATED PILATES

Monday: 8:15 - 9:15 PM
Make this class the perfect beginning to your week! Heated Pilates uses a combination of stillness and strength to help you strengthen your core, mobilize and stabilize joints, and give you long lean muscles. Your class will finish with guided breath-work and a body scan to help you clear your mind and focus for the week ahead. Studio will be warm. All Levels Welcome

Valentine’s couple yoga consists of several guided partner postures, supervised in a safe and warm environment. Partnered yoga enhances balance and strengthens trust and communication.

LAUREL
Yoga Loft Manager
I was introduced to yoga two years ago when I first moved to Rexburg, ID. I moved to Rexburg from a town in Colorado. I am enjoying the community Rexburg offers with my husband and dog! I am obtaining my bachelors degree in Recreational Management and I am loving every second of my educational experience.
I have a pre-professional dance background of 12 years. My dance background led to several injuries that only yoga heals. I am super passionate about yoga as a practice because of all the wonderful healing benefits it offers. I earned my 200hr CYTT locally and I have plans to practice yoga for the rest of my life.

BROOKE
Yoga Loft Instructor
Brooke is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young Universtiy-Idaho. She loves sharing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga with others.
She was initially attracted to yoga for it’s benefits of maintaining flexibility as an avid dancer, but quickly realized it offered so much more. Brooke also earned her RYT200 certification.
Brooke’s goal as a yoga teacher is to spread positivity and enlightenment to her students. When she is not teaching yoga, Brooke enjoys threading eyebrows.

HAILEY
Pilates Instructor
Hailey Andrew is a NASM certified personal trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is a full-time physical therapist assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She is also a Pilates and Water Aerobics Instructor.
Hailey loves to help those wanting to create sustainable lifestyles of fitness and specializes in injury recovery, prenatal and postpartum fitness, speed and agility training, and enjoys helping with event specific training.
Hailey teaches the Pilates class The Yoga Loft offers and we are lucky to have her share her talents with our community.

SAVANNAH
Yoga Loft Instructor
Savannah Hunsaker is a certified yoga instructor through Yoga alliance, holds a certificate as a Nail Tech and Hair Designer. She is currently studying to become a Master Herbalist. She loves showing people the the power of self love through yoga.
Savannah fell in love with yoga when she started to notice the peace and contentment she felt after practicing. She believes yoga is for every body and loves to incorporate modifications in her classes to let everyone experience each and every pose without straining muscles.
Her goal is to show others the joy in finding yourself through the movement of yoga, which helps all aspects of the body. She hopes to allow others to find their own path to self love and enlightenment. When she is not doing yoga she can be found on her couch with her cats, lost in a book or caring for her plants.
