Whether you are trying to get strong, feel more mobile, or simply find a little more calm in your week, this class is meant for anyone, and builds on basic principles of yoga to help you move more freely and with strength in your daily life.

HOT YOGA BASICS

Thursdays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Hot Yoga Basics uses the fundamental postures of yoga along with increased heat in the studio of about 100 degrees Fahrenheit to create a beginner-friendly atmosphere for you to ease into a yoga practice, detox your body, and deepen your movement. All levels welcome--most suitable for beginners.

Heated Flow is a well-rounded class filled with full body movement and poses catered to your needs and goals to align and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Studio will be warm but not hot.

MEET THE YOGA LOFT TEAM

CHANDLER CENA

Yoga Instructor and Social Media Director

Chandler is from Denver, Colorado and started her yoga journey, both practicing and teaching yoga, back in 2015. She attended 3b Yoga’s intensive 200-hr certification training, studying the science, philosophy, history, postures, and alignments of Ashtanga Yoga, along with learning and studying Sanskrit, Anatomy, and Physiology of the yoga practice. Chandler has also continued her yogic education by attending workshops and courses dealing with meditation, mental health, and adjustments. She hopes that each of her students will walk out of her class feeling a greater sense of their divine identity, having gained a deeper connection with their body.

AMIE EINERSON

Yoga Loft Instructor

Amie has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is a RYT500 with Yoga Alliance. She teaches workshops, trains yoga teachers in the region, and manages the Yoga program at Integrated Counseling and Wellness. She especially enjoys teaching yoga to prenatal/postnatal moms, dudes, and athletes. She knows how to work with a variety of body sizes, injuries, and aches and pains.
Amie teaches from a belief that everything is connected-mind, body, and spirit and uses all aspects of yoga in her classes including mantra, mudras, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, and butt kicking asana. Amie's daily and dedicated practice of yoga has infused all of her favorite activities such as CrossFit, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, or sitting on the floor-without pain-to play with her kids with an alarming amount of physical and mental stamina! We are so grateful to have Amie as a part of the Yoga Loft team!

IAN BORMAN

Yoga Loft Instructor

Ian teaches Hatha style yoga and emphasizes the mind body connection and centering through our breathe.  He has been teaching yoga for over a year and a half. Ian received his 200 hour teacher training through Yoga alliance and is thrilled to bring what he learned to the mat and help your progress on your yoga journey.

KATIE SUMMERS

Yoga Loft Instructor

Katie is a mountain and sunrise-loving girl whose classes are powerful, heartfelt, and playful!  She likes rock climbing, making new friends, and dancing under the stars.  She found her love of yoga when she needed balance for herself after years of intense swim team competition.  Then, she realized she could bring these same benefits to others. Katie enjoys using yoga to open the doors for healing, deepening connections, and ultimately building our most resilient selves.  She taught several group fitness classes including Yoga at BYUI for the last couple of years.  Katie just received her certification with Online Yoga School and is a RYT 200 hr with yoga alliance.

KALLI WIGHTMAN

Yoga Loft Instructor

Kalli grew up here in Rexburg and has her 200 hour teaching certificate through Yoga Alliance. When she’s not teaching yoga, she loves rock climbing, running through rainstorms, laughing with some good people, and being in the middle of a mosh pit at a concert. Kalli’s main desire as a yoga instructor is to make her students feel one with their body and with their higher power. Using pranayama techniques mixed with proper poses, she hopes you’ll be able to de-stress from the world and walk away feeling mentally and physically stronger.
