HEATED STRENGTH

All levels welcome

Make this class the perfect beginning to your week! Heated Stillness and Strength uses pilates to help you strengthen your core, mobilize and stabilize joints, and give you long lean muscles. Your class will finish with guided breathwork and a body scan to help you clear your mind and focus for the week ahead. Studio will be warm ~75F.  All Levels Welcome

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga is targeted to increase mental and physical stamina. With increased heat in the studio of ~95F, you will work on strength, balance, and flexibility to create intense internal heat and purifying sweat. This along with breathwork and meditation will leave you feeling centered and strong. Appropriate for mixed levels.

HOT YIN YOGA

Tuesday 8:15 PM - 9:15 PM

Hot Yin yoga is a slow-paced form of yoga in which poses are held for long amounts of time. With increased heat in the studio of about 100 degrees fahrenheit, Hot Yin Yoga targets connective tissues like the facia, ligaments, and joints. The slower pace creates space and time to turn inward towards a meditative quality of mind and the physical sensations in the body. All levels are welcome.

HEATED VINYASA

Wednesdays 7:00 PM

Heated Flow (Vinyasa) is a well-rounded class filled with flowing body movement catered to your needs and goals to align and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Let your body flow to music in this full body strength and flexibility class. Studio will be warm but not hot. All levels welcome.

HOT YOGA BASICS

Instructor: Aime

Thursdays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Hot Yoga Basics uses the fundamental postures of yoga along with increased heat in the studio of ~95F  to create a beginner-friendly atmosphere for you to ease into a yoga practice, detox your body, and deepen your movement. Cozy up in a dimly lit space where you can center and align while letting your worries rest for one blissful hour. All levels welcome--most suitable for beginners-intermediate practitioners.

Hot Yoga uses breath and movement, along with increased heat in the studio of ~95 degrees Fahrenheit, to create intense internal heat and purifying sweat that helps to strengthen your body and quiet the mind. This class will give you greater awareness of how you live on and off the mat as you meditate and move to music in a dimly lit cozy space. 


All levels welcome–Most suitable for intermediate-advanced practitioners.

It’s the weekend and you need yoga in a warm, cozy space to clear your mind and ease the tension in your body. Find yourself in a relaxed environment heated to ~75F. This is a full body recovery type yoga class with gentle flowing movement, deep purposeful stretching, breathwork and quiet meditation

MEET THE YOGA LOFT TEAM

AMIE EINERSON

Yoga Loft Instructor

Amie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is a lifetime lover of movement. Amie started teaching yoga classes in 2004 at an adolescent residential treatment center for girls with eating disorders, and has taught in various settings since then. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance, and has specialized training in using ancient yogic tools for mood management. Amie’s goal is to provide tools and techniques through yoga that can help bolster physical and mental resilience during life's ups and downs, provide stress relief, and offer pain management. She hopes her class will leave her students with more clarity and flexibility in body and mind. She is an experienced teacher of pranayama, vinyasa, ashtanga, meditation, hatha yoga, and power yoga. She has three children, loves reading good books, and being outside in her spare time (when it is warm enough).

HAILEY ANDREW

Yoga Instructor

Hailey Andrew is a physical therapist with a bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology. She is a NASM personal trainer with specialized training in speed and agility training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and pelvic floor-postpartum strengthening. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. 
Hailey teaches Pilates, HIIT, Water Aerobics, and Tabata for injury prevention, enhanced sports performance, and overall well-being. 
Her motto: MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE!

BROOKE

Yoga Loft Instructor, RYT200

Brooke is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young Universtiy-Idaho. She loves sharing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga with others. She was initially attracted to yoga for it’s benefits of maintaining flexibility as an avid dancer, but quickly realized it offered so much more. Brooke’s goal as a yoga teacher is to spread positivity and enlightenment to her students. When she is not teaching yoga, Brooke enjoys threading eyebrows.

KATIE SUMMERS

Yoga Loft Instructor

Katie Summers is studying Recreational Management at BYUI. She has a deep passion and love for people and the outdoors. She wants to help others feel strong and healthy in their own body. Katie finds joy in helping others feel a deep love for themselves and she does that through yin yoga. She enjoys moving in anyway whether that is lifting weights, running, yoga, or simply getting outside. Katie is a RYT 200 hour with yoga alliance.
