Chandler is from Denver, Colorado and started her yoga journey, both practicing and teaching yoga, back in 2015. She attended 3b Yoga’s intensive 200-hr certification training, studying the science, philosophy, history, postures, and alignments of Ashtanga Yoga, along with learning and studying Sanskrit, Anatomy, and Physiology of the yoga practice.
