Twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30pm-5:20pm
Our Youth Fitness Class combines fun, high-energy workouts with games, team challenges, and age-appropriate exercises designed for kids and teens. Participants build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of fitness—all in a supportive, positive environment.
Led by experienced coaches, each session focuses on improving strength, agility, and mental resilience, helping young athletes reach their personal best while having a blast.
Perfect for all skill levels, this class encourages healthy habits and unlocks each child’s potential in an exciting and enjoyable way!
